Two large trees have been damaged by last nights storm. One Beech has been completely uprooted and one of the pines has lost a large branch. By some miracle, despite the branches falling in grave areas, it would appear little or no damage occurred to headstones.
Great to see contractors working again on the chapels today. They are making sure the window boards are secure and ‘pigeon’ proof, and then giving them a new coat of paint!
Eight supporters joined together to take part in a very productive litter pick in the cemetery yesterday.
