We Shall Remember Them.
Today is a day to remember those who lost their lives through conflict.
Restricted vehicle access to cemetery.
The Cemetery will be closed to vehicles on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th December, there will be pedestrian access through the main gate and broad lane, however no vehicles will be able to gain access during this time.
This is due to the roadway leading into the cemetery being resurfaced. Thank you all for your patience but this work has been needed for some time.

Caring for God’s Acre-memorial recording.
If you were someone interested in helping with Caring for God’s Acre’s project to record memorials/inscriptions in Brandwood End please follow this link if you fancy some indoor winter work transferring the information recorded so far on to the map data base.
Numbers for this indoor event are restricted but this will potentially be the first of many such opportunities to take part, so watch this space.

Poppy Cross Project underway
Can we thank all our teams of volunteers, who give their time to help place over 350 poppy crosses on the graves of those buried or remembered in Brandwood End who lost their lives due to conflict.
Sometimes finding those graves can be a challenge, but every one will receive a poppy cross.
Remembrance Sunday Service
After having to cancel this annual event in 2020 we are pleased to say that it will be taking place in 2021
on Sunday 14th November at the Cross of Sacrifice- starting time 10.45am. Everyone welcome.
We hoped to be joined, as usual, by representatives of local organisations, Councillors and WM Police.
